PHASE 1: PROJECT KICK OFF
Questionnaire & Phone Call
Upon receiving your Initial Consultation payment you will be given access to your user friendly client portal. The next step is to complete your design questionnaire which we will follow up with a discovery call.
Onsite Consultation & Intake
At this time we gather information, discuss design preferences, our process and any questions you may have. This is a working session which can last up to two hours. This process helps us determine if we are a good fit. Book Now!
PHASE 2: SPACE PLANNING & DESIGN
Upon receiving your signed Letter of Agreement and Retainer to book our design services we are ready to get the party started with the commencement of your project!
We will return to the job site to measure your space and take before photographs. We also meet with any trades to discuss your project and request bids such as the General Contractor, window treatments workroom, custom millworker, electrician, wall paper installer etc.
Preliminary Design Concept
We will collaborate with you and begin the conceptual design stage which is when we start to formulate the vibe, layout and design plan. We will have showroom meetings, source fabrics, products and prep for 3D drawings. We will meet again for feedback and discuss alternate options if necessary. You will hear less of us after this stage while we prepare all drawings and design elements for the final design presentation.
Design Execution & Presentation
This is where it gets exciting! We present to you our full design presentation, complete with a digital presentation (ideal floor plan/ elevations) and samples to touch and feel, along with quotes from our trusted tradespeople. We ask questions, seek feedback, review the budget and note any revisions.
PHASE 3: PURCHASING, PROCUREMENT AND PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Ordering & Delivery Lead Time Assessment
Upon your approval, signed contract and collection of the deposit we are ready to execute our design plan. We source from a large network of trade professionals to create a curated original design for your space. We will create purchase orders, track, receive and deliver everything to you.
We will discuss remaining design fees and a final styling budget at this time. Receipt of any final balances is due two weeks before installation to ensure project is completed as scheduled.
Installation Period & Site Visits
We collaborate as a team with the various contractors, fabricators and/ or tradespersons to successfully turn the design vision into a reality.
Furniture Installation & Styling
This is when all the furnishings are delivered and we are stylizing your space(s). During this time we ask the the homeowners not be present so we can work our magic and prepare for the final HGTV style reveal.
PHASE 4: PROJECT COMPLETION!
This is the moment you have been waiting for!! During this time we will walk through your newly completed space(s) where you will experience those initial concept drawings come to life.
Final Walk Through
We will create a punch list if needed to note any, if at all, deficiencies to be corrected by the appropriate team.

We will schedule our professional photographer to take images of our completed work. This is at NO additional cost to you and produces beautiful images to proudly share with your friends and family.
